An interesting document to Lieutenant Colonel Albert Royer commanding the 3eme Regiment Etranger d'Infanterie.



Lt. Col. Royer had served with the 4th Foreign Legion Infantry Regiment during the Rif war Morocco in 1925 and already had the Medaille Coloniale with 2 bars before recieveing a third bar for Indochine.
