I am aware of two makers of the Granatenwerfer 16 and would welcome any information on any others. Below it is possible to see the differences.

The Makers plates on the Werfer. I think the pictures below will speak for themselves, no real commentary from me is needed. On the left is the Wolff piece, on the right the Brothers Bing.

Above: Gebr. Bing. The "L" formed trigger is period, i am not sure if it is a field repair or if it was standard from this factory. It does look as if the Werfer came that way.
